To be frank without being excessively graphic these cases include :
a) grooming and exploitation by family / trusted adult OR AI impersonation
b) deepfakes, extortion, threats from unsavory individuals and scammy orgs
c) organized large scale exploitation facilitated, financed, or communicating through online platforms / networks
d) production or distribution of CSAM
